Was this dentist's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family (or worst enemy for that matter). My mother went in for a tooth restoration and said Rheault kept turning her head toward him in a physically-abusive manner. The front desk blonde with the perma-frown and attitude is another good reason to just simply take your business elsewhere. Good riddens.

Staff at front desk are rude, unprofessional, and demeaning. They guestimate what your insurance is supposed to pay (rather than waiting until they receive back from the insurance company what is actually owed like they're supposed to do) and ask for more than what is due from the patient. If you ask for an explanation of what they're billing for and why the bill is so high, they roll their eyes, act like it's a major imposition to explain the charges, and argue with the patient when the patient brings it to their attention ... read more

I love this dentist. But hate his front desk employees. The big blonde with a ton of lipstick on is crazy. She is the Hitler of all receptionists. She is rude, condescending, and down right scary. If you disagree with her she blocks you from making an appointment. I am guessing the dentist is scared of her. I can't believe Dr. Rheault allows this woman to traumatize and bully his patients around. After I get my work completed there, I will no longer be using Dr. Rheault. The staff at this office nearly brought me to tears with their treatment of me, attitude toward me, and general disrespect for me. As a new patient, looking for a dentist for my entire family, this staff did not care to look into my insurance coverage, as it required a phone call (instead of their typical computer access). I never saw the dentist, due to the staff's refusal to accomodate me. Office staff seemed to think they were doing me a favor by allowing me in their office.
