I was seen today to get 2 of my so many cavities done and Dr.Kapel did a awesome job. I've been so afraid of dentist since the age of 8 and any dental work I would get I would always want to be put to sleep. From my experience today I no longer fear the dentist. Dr. Kapel (I might be spelling his name wrong) explains everything he does before he proceeds and he makes sure you are not in pain. If I could give more stars I would. Best Family Dentist in Town!!! My children enjoy coming here!!! The staff is nice, they have video games for the children to play while they wait, and they get a toy to go with their new bag of goodies!!!
The first time here, the staff is very friendly and very patient.
Most times are ok but the last 2 visits were bad. First they scheduled my child at their other office & didn’t tell me. When I called that office I was told if he missed another appointment I’d have to find another dentist. I’ve never missed an appointment.. after 6 minutes they apologized for their mistake. Yesterday he had a 10am appointment. They were running 45-1 hour behind. After 30 minutes they call him... numbed him & FORGOT he was in the room to be seen. Maybe it’s time I look for another dentist.
They help me with my fears of needles and everything.. They are great
Dr. David and Natae were very patient and kind to me.
Great staff, I take all four of my boys. Morgan is awesome.
Dr.Collins has been the best with my grandson! (and a wonderful staff also!) Making everything, from the dental work to the numbing needle, FUN! I wish I had a great dentist like her when I was young! I highly recommend this dental office!
