I came in to get my teeth fixed they did all the test and were supposed to call me about the cost and making an appointment to get started. They set two times to call and I've never heard from them and I'm still in pain. Bad buisness I'm not going to beg anyone to take my money. A waste of my time. So disappointed.
While the dentists are decent, the supporting billing staff is unacceptable. They do not return calls or follow up on claims. After multiple calls and 6 months of waiting, insurance still has no claim requested info. The office manager is not even in the office, so she's managing remotely?! What an advanced place this is! No wonder it takes 9 months to bill a claim...
