The front desk is very professional but!! also at the same time there are also understanding to your needs. My son was in a lot of pain waiting for root canal and front desk did send him over to the other office in the city and even made the appointment for us so we didn't have to wait, My son was well taken care of over all I highly recommend them.
I am so happy for Dental Group of Essex, they take Medicaid and they helped me get use of my teeth again with a crown. They're very thorough with the cleaning of teeth.
The entire staff was lovely and I had two female doctors. I’m so happy right now I feel like my dental plan is in the best of hands.
