I had a great experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, all of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They were very efficient and didn’t waste any time, which I really appreciated. The doctor was extremely professional and did an amazing job. I was especially grateful that they were able to complete my treatment on the same day as my exam. This office is in a weird location.Good think they have an elevator. Staff are nice and helpful.
They never answer or call back. How is this still running with horrible service.
"I had a terrible experience here and strongly advise against visiting. The customer service was completely unacceptable, and the entire staff—including the doctor—was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend going somewhere else."
Management & staff are extremely Aggressive. Refuse to take accountability for delaying my appointment by months resulting in prolonged pain & suffering then had management contact me days later to call me a LAIR!!! STAY AWAY!
