Doctor helped me with my root canal I had a lot of pain. And Shannon the assistant was really nice helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
Extremely Disappointed with Service We scheduled an appointment for 10:00 AM, but we were left sitting in the waiting room for over an hour without being seen by the dentist until 11:00 AM. While I understand that delays can happen, an hour-long wait without any communication or updates from the front desk is completely unacceptable and disrespectful of patients' time. If a clinic cannot keep to its scheduled appointment times, they should at least inform patients in advance or provide an update when they arrive. Very poor t... read more
I had a referral to go here for a root canal. They don't answer their phones and don't call you back. I decided to use their text option that their voicemail suggested and they finally get back to me the next day. Communican was extremely slow. After 2 days of me attempting to make an appointment and finding out you can't get an appointment for a root canal until 2 months later, I decided to go elsewhere. Thankfully I did because the reviews were are awful.
I had a great experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, all of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They were very efficient and didn’t waste any time, which I really appreciated. The doctor was extremely professional and did an amazing job. I was especially grateful that they were able to complete my treatment on the same day as my exam. This office is in a weird location.Good think they have an elevator. Staff are nice and helpful.
