Sadly all the bad reviews are true. And I really wanted to be that person who has never left a bad review but jesus christ dude, I did not know a dentist could be so horrible. I have more work to be done on my mouth where I will gladly pay out of pocket to have a better experience. If you expect care and ease from a dentist, I highly recommend going elsewhere.
This used to be Prodental Midtown, but was purchased by a new dentist about 3 years ago. As a patient of 10 years I wasn’t informed of the new ownership, I found out when I was in the chair and a new dentist and hygienist came in. The new dentist is awful, he’s rude, moves your head without asking, doesn’t look you in the eye when he speaks to you and recommends you to specialists for work you don’t need.
