Disappointing and unprofessional experience 🗑🚮👎🏽 I made an appointment two weeks in advance in December for a dental cleaning and exam. On the day of my appointment, I called to confirm, only to find out that I did not have an appointment at all. I decided to give the office another chance and rescheduled a month later. I came In for a crown delivery and when the doctor came in he began tugging on the wrong tooth I honestly thought he was going to pull my teeth out I am very concerned about his credentials.

I’d like to wholeheartedly recommend Crescent dental for anyone’s dental needs. I was recently referred by a close friend and have found them to be refreshingly, professional comment honest and highly skilled. Dr. Gonzalez does a wonderful job and has an excellent reputation. Gina, the office manager/assistant Has been most helpful in getting the work. I want it done before the end of the Calendar year booked and administered in a timely and efficient manner. Absolutely, the best dental practicei in all of South Florida!

This office that i’ve never even been to has been calling me for a year. I have no clue why they keep trying. I finally blocked them yesterday after another 9am call, and now today they are back to texting me from a different number. I don’t know where they got my information, but this is insane as somebody that’s never even been a patient. Take a hint! Until yesterday, I had assumed it was a dentist I went to as a teenager, but nope. No clue who they are or why they’re so obsessed with my teeth.
