Only reason why I gave 2 stars was because the Liz lady did try to make things better but Where do I begin! I was already iffy about coming to this location because of the side of town it’s own! Everybody knows you don’t get good service on the south side that’s why I had been driving to Smyrna location! First of the hygienist that cleaned my teeth did not thoroughly clean my teeth they did not feel clean at all! She rushed the entire process! Both my mother and father decided to choose this dental clinic in seek of a well done denture. Unfortunately, the job that was done turned out to be horrible. It was a waste of time and money, customer service was horrible as well. I hate having to leave a bad review but I’d also hate to see somebody else’s hard working money go to waste without no guarantee. I DON’T recommend this dental clinic at all! The first thing you look for at health visits is a kind soul while figuring out what’s going on with your health. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, patient, and understanding. The visit went smooth. I was in and out. Definitely recommend. 10 outta 10 I would try again
