If your trying to find a DENTIST , you are in the wrong place as people that answer the phone here absolutely are rude and don't seem to know where they are !!! IF this is any reflection on the others there ,I strongly recommend running, not walking somewhere else immediately!
I came to dent 1st to have my wife's teeth extracted and get her dentures for the top. The procedure cost me $4000 on my insurance and another $1700 out of pocket. Initially I was happy to see my wife with 'some' teeth but upon further examination the dentures work was shabby and my wife was in pain. Double check if you book at this location. They are permanently closed. Didn’t even bothered to let clients know. Waited 3 months for a cleaning for NOTHING.
This has been the worst experience of my life. I started my process in December. It is now April when I am getting the finial call back for my bridge. Literally almost 5 months of waiting. The customer service is horrible most of the staff have an attitude before you walk in the door. I am glad this is my last visit. I wouldn't recommend or come back not even if the service was free.
