Just wanted to let you all know how nice it is to come into your office and be immediately acknowledged with a friendly greeting. I enjoy the positive atmosphere very much. Thank you for scheduling me so quickly for such a minor problem. I would like to thank Barb for encouraging me to move over to the practice. She assured me that I would love the quality of care along with the excetional staff. Thank you Dr. Tydeman, my tongue is much happier without the rough spot on my tooth!
I'm very grateful that I was able to get a last minute appointment over the holiday break. The front desk greeted me with a welcoming smile, the hygienist was happy, professional, and fun to talk with, and Dr. Mayerle was nice, too. I appreciate that the dentists remember pieces about their patients lives, even if they are written in a note somewhere. It feels much more personal and is a very nice touch. Thank you.
I recently had my first visit, evaluation, and cleaning at Mayerle & Tideman. I have never had a better dental experience anywhere. The staff is warm, friendly, helpful and efficient. While I was having my teeth cleaned, a metal pan with instruments clattered to the floor nearby. Tonya, who was cleaning my teeth, had her hand in my mouth with a sharp dental instrument, did not move her hand at all! She was totally focused and zoned in on my teeth. My husband and have been going to Mayerle + Tydeman Dental for more than ten years now. I look forward to going to the dentist! I have always had a great experience. I am more than happy with my teeth cleanings and if I need something more I always get the best care. During my last visit our 2 1/2 year old was waiting in the lobby with my husband and he got an impromptu "first visit" with the dentist. The whole staff was wonderful, he had a very positive experience and he's looking forward to his next visit!
I was shocked that I was able to get an appointment so soon after my call, thank you and I was even more shocked that I was not charged. Being someone who is only in the area for a year I was pleasantly surprised at the time spent with me and the friendliness of all at the office.
