The staff always takes the time to get to know me and remembers everything we chat about from past visits. It means a lot when the staff knows and cares. Tonya is great, really knows her job and is so personable. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
It always seems as if I am the ER patient having to call not during regular office hours. However, I have never felt like I have not been a priority. I find this refreshing Dr. Tydeman has an excellent memory! Dr. Mayerle is always flashing a smile and is very receptive to all of my dental needs. I'm a business owner that isn't making a great deal of money, and can't afford dental insurance. Ian is one heck of a qualified dentist and is laser targeted on getting the most important problems repaired at the most reasonable rate. This place is the best Dental experience I've ever had.
I recently had my first visit at Mayerle+Tydeman -- their customer service started way before I even stepped foot in the door. Their front desk gal, Kayla (sp?), was super helpful in trying to help me get a sooner appointment. Though I was not able to make them happen, I was grateful for the option. Dr. Mayerle and Nicolette are the best! I actually do NOT mind going. Super professional, friendly, knowledgeable and office is immaculate. Can I say I love going to the dentist? The Hygienist's are awesome too..so gentle and caring. Oh and the front staff...they rock too! All true!
Everyone was awesome as usual. Couldn't ask for better care and treatment. See you in six months.
