Everything was clean, employees were friendly, professional. You were in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
I was extremely disappointed with my visit today! For several weeks I’ve been asking if bone that was protruding from my gums would affect getting my dentures fit and was assured several times that it wouldn’t. Today, the dentist informed me that an osteoplasty would be needed before an impression could be done… The staff took no ownership of their mistake which will now prevent me from getting dentures before I die since I’m currently in Hospice care and can not have the osteoplasty done.
