This is from personal experience. I'm terrified to get any dental work done other than the routine cleaning because of past experiences with dentist. In all honesty it takes a lot for me to personally say I like a dentist. I had a tooth pulled by him and it went so smooth. Yeah I was a nervous a lot, but he was very gentle handed and kept a calm demeanor the whole time. Again this is from personal experience
Unfortunately with insurance these days, there aren’t many places available for dental work.. especially on children. My son is 13 and hasn’t needed much dental work until now.. he’s in need of braces but before he can proceed he needed a general cleaning and exam.. that’s when we were referred to Dental Express in Niles.. our first appointment was made within hours! Everyone is super nice, I love how quickly they can get me in. My only complaint is the Hygienist Heather I think is very rough when cleaning your teeth. She’s not gentle when you’re showing pain or discomfort and I’ve left multiple times with blood on my face. She’s very nice and I like the way she talks you thru the steps she’s doing but very rough.
Great place.. fantastic team here. Best dentist in town. I recommend if you’re looking for good care, safe and clean experience come here. You will like them and the dentist here is great I would recommend him to everyone
