I had been neglecting my dental health because of bad past experiences, but so far EVERYONE at Adair Dental have been great.. from the time you walk in to the time you walk out.. I encountered warm and professional people.

I highly recommend Adair Dental Medicine. This practice is very professional & is very focused on providing the best dental care needed by their patients. While unusual, I always enjoy my visits with them.
A portion of a filling of two upper jaw teeth broke off and left a very sharp edge. It was difficult for me to keep from rubbing my tongue across the sharp edges. It was an old filling. I called & was given a quick appointment to have it checked. They xrayed it after which the dentist successfully smoothed the edges and all is well! Thanks so much for your prompt, successful service.
I am so happy that I switched to Dr. Adair, but I don’t want to tell too many people because then everyone will flock to her office and it will be harder to get an appointment. 😄
The office staff has very poor customer service skills. Expect to be on your guard and get your feelings hurt when walking in the door and through the checkout process. It takes a very thick skin to overcome the office manager. Absolutely the rudest person I have ever met.

I am certainly surprised to receive this feedback as we have never had this type of complaint from any of our patients. Perhaps a breakdown in communication? Billing issue being explained? Lack of availability for requested dates? Those are some things that can be frustrating but we would like more specifics to correct any perceived wrongdoing on the part of our amazing office team. Jessica, the hygienist, always takes excellent notes and informs Dr. Adair thoroughly of any new developments. Dr. Adair offers expert guidance and support when there is need for a referral. She lets me know she’s on my side.
So it’s not very often that a person leaves the dentist office in the best of moods but I did. I walked into a friendly, carefree yet highly professionally run establishment. Thank you Jessica. Thank you Dr Adair. Big thumbs up for what you do and how you do it!
