Great group of professionals. Very welcoming attitude from everyone.
I enjoyed that my appointment was very quick and there was no real wait time. It was somewhat confusing to know which office I was scheduled to visit as there was no clear indication on my confirmation emails and text messages. I am unsure why the Dr did not visit with me as per previous visits as this was also not communicated but overall the experience was as enjoyable as can be.
I have always been very happy with Dr. Sachs and everyone at West End dental Associates. They will always find that appointment for you if you're in pain almost immediately. They are nice people who care about their patients, give good advice and do excellent dental work. I recommend them Without any reservation
Dr. Klein is a terrific dentist with great patient skills. He does a great job making sure you know what is happening as the procedure is going on and know how much time remains until the procedure is complete.

This Dentist is one of the best Dentist in the New York Area. I have been a client for over 15 years and don't have not one complaint. The work they perform is the best I have experienced. I have tried many Dentist in the past and the service and professionalism at West End Dental is bar none. I highly recommend this Dentist.
Great experience. Started within minutes of scheduled time. Hygienist was the best I have ever had. My teeth are slick and sparkling! Dr. Gorti is a very good dentist and very nice person. Highly recommended!!!
Dr. Sachs is not only very professional, he is kind, considerate; he listens to you and knows exactlywhat to do with any dental situation. I trust him.
