Xray machine fell during the appointment. I was told I need an emergency root canal and they took 3 weeks to send my X-rays over and I still haven’t received my referral. It’s been a month now. The employees were talking on their personal devices while I was there. Only one person knew what was going on and how to help and she was the only one who knew how to actually do X-rays the other girl was just playing in my mouth. My dental hygienist was wonderful. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly . But . The receptionist at the desk was very rude and rambunctious. I waited two hours to get seen after leaving work early from work, but the receptionist was not a good representation of the company.

I went in yesterday for a visit first let me say the visiting doctor that was on staff was great The technicians also here's what my experience took a turn The doctor ordered prescriptions for me that was never called into the pharmacy that I requested after calling several times it still did not happen.
