During this crazy time of Covid19, Royal Oak Dental is going above and beyond to keep staff and patients safe. When I arrived at the office, reception staff asked me to complete a health questionnaire - using a pen from a jar that had been cleaned before use. After I use the pen, I was told to put it in a jar with used pens (I assume to be cleaned again). My hygienist wore full cover, mask and face shield. Caring and professional and excellent dental care
Had my first dental checkup since Covid-19's arrival. Went to get a checkup, x-rays and cleaning today. Everything went smoothly - excellent covid protocols eased my concerns, staff (as always) were professional and friendly and I left the appointment with peace of mind. Thank you!
