Great doctor and supporting staff
I have been very pleased with my experience at Dental Elements. In my first visit, I had a more thorough examination of my teeth than I had ever had before at any of my previous dentists. And in a follow-up appointment, I was able to discuss with Dr. Thurman his recommendations before we both agreed on the best course of action the would benefit the health of my teeth and my budget.
I found Dr. Thurman online when I moved to Denver. I was looking for a skilled dentist to help me complete treatment on a tooth that had been started before I moved here. The reviews of a friendly, tech-forward office with staff that make time to answer your questions brought me in. The office has taken care of me very well so far, squeezing me in for appointments, explaining treatment plans to my satisfaction, recommending specialists as needed, and researching up-front what insurance would pay. I actually really like Dental Elements. The first time I was there was for an emergency when I didn't even live here yet, and once I moved to Denver Dr. Thurman was great about helping me set both a short and long term plan for my mess of a mouth. Everyone there is always kind, patient, and understanding, and even though I generally hate going to the dentist, they at least make the experience a little less painful, literally and figuratively.
They have a thorough and professional approach. The staff is relaxed and friendly.
I completed my first appointment for a routine cleaning at Dental Elements and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience from start to finish. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienist to the dentist were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.
