The staff were very nice and cheerful, and Dr.Patel was friendly and professional.
I went in to have wisdom teeth pulled. I was nervous but turns out I didn't have to be. It didn't hurt till later on that night. The only thing that bugged me is I wanted to keep my teeth and they said no.
Dr. Patel and his staff are all so friendly and personable. They really know their business and work together seamlessly. I expected to get the usual sales pitch on everything cosmetic I should have done, and was very pleasantly surprised that only the necessary work was recommended. I am very happy with the results of my dental work and the entire experience. With the referral program, I am more than comfortable handing out business cards to all my friends and family and looking forward to the rewards.
Work was done quickly and painlessly. Very good work by both the doctor and the assistant.
Competent, friendly service
I love coming to Dr. Patel he is gracious, kind and remembers each vacation I take the week of my cleaning every 6 months! My family goes to see him and we have never had a bad experience with his staff or himself, it really helps since not very many people like to go tot he dentist. Dr. Patel makes it easy and stress-free!
Okay first of all I love the staff there, they are very good people indeed. Not only did they help me with my initial problem they suggested many things that could help me along the way and they were very friendly too. It's no wonder why my mother recommended that I switch to a new dentist. Thanks!
I was referred to Dr. Patels office by close friend. Dr. Patel has been my dentist for a year now and felt I was time to write my review and give my genuine opinion. Their staff is very nice a helpful. Being uncomfortable just going into a dentist office they made me feel relaxed and in good hands. Dr Patel did an awesome job on my crown with no pain what so ever. I was impressed with their professionalism and after switching from dentist to dentist every year I believe I finally found the one for me. Thanks Dr Patel.
Well, thank goodness, that Dr. Patel and MOST of the staff was so nice. Otherwise this place would have gotten a 1/2 star. It is very true that one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. The tech I was placed with, did not do a good job AT ALL. Despite walking out of there with cuts under my tongue (from the x-ray device they place in your mouth), suction circles on my cheeks from an uncoordinated assistant, and spit all over my shirt, the experience was a refreshing one!
