these guys are GREAT. I had to get two widsom teeth pulled and one side tooth pulled. My team made sure I was very comfortable the whole time. i definitely recommend anyone that needs to get work done to come there. dr. Patel & Elaun were great. thanks again guys

Waited for an hour ask the young lady at the desk how long how the wait was going to continue to be and she was rude resulting in me walking out . Please don’t ever go hear customer service isn’t high on there list and I will never go again.

The actual dentist is great, it’s the front desk staff. From the cursing, to the discussion of food stamps, dicks(YES) and what’s for lunch. It’s sad because this is in a predominantly black neighborhood and the staff is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. I’ve never seen such chaos....I won’t be returning. This place is for kids and the lack of professionalism is disturbing.

Had a 9:30am appointment and wasn’t seen until 4 hrs after. For my first time visiting this was a very bad experience. First, they couldn’t tell if my insurance was under the plan, asked them to call Cigna and they said it’s a Saturday so they aren’t gonna get through and want to reschedule for another weekend. I called Cigna and handed the phone over to the associate which confirmed my plan so technically it seemed like they didn’t want to go through all the trouble. My experience was excellent I haven't been to the dentist in quite some time and it was a great experience going to Dental Dreams. The staff is very professional. You are in your own private room. The staff make you feel comfortable. My daughter goes to Kool Smiles but not anymore!! Thank you Dental Dreams!!
