TLDR: they're understaffed and underworked and those who work there are stuck up and don't do what they're supposed to. now in detail:they don't answer the phone. they are severely understaffed. they called my emergency contact to say that they were an hour late and that they only had one doctor at work, despite me giving them my number. they said the phone lines were down when i asked them why they didn't pick up the phone. i put all of this aside because i was desperate. when i talked to the receptionist she seemed stresse... read more

Had a cavity filled and still in pain. If you just want a regular cleaning this is the place to go, but nothing more.

As I am sitting here on the office watching the ladies at the front desk it would be great if they actually had better customer service skills. They are not very welcoming at all to anyone, they just basically look at people and roll their eyes. It would be nice to see a welcoming Smile.

The service was great at first I got filling last Friday 12/11/2020. Everything was great until the lidocaine got on my tongue. My tongue is still tingling today 12/15/2020. At first my tongue was numb. I’m not sure if the nerves are damaged. When I called over the phone to explain what happened to me. And how the lidocaine got on my tongue, they told me that it happened before to another patient. The part that’s killing me it’s that they don’t want to accept full responsibility.
