The staff are friendly and considerate. They understand that patients have quirks and difficulties. Waiting room chairs are decent. Wait times aren't bad. On the flip side, they have an open floor plan which doesn't seem to be unusual these days. Its possible to hear others' dental work. The receptionists appear to be bilingual. Although I didn't need those services, it appeared to make them more understanding of communication issues. Very nice clinic
Faulty work on my 4 year old. Should never have been under that level of trauma. Faulty sealant for my 5 year old. They failed to address other problems. Customer service won't stop calling me when I say I no longer want to go there yet they keep calling. This place is a dental butchering factory. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
