Padded reviews-this place is so bad, that any positive reviews must be from the huge staff that sits up front and does nothing, trying to raise the review level. They are bigoted. They are discriminatory. They had a special needs person wait 1 and a half hours while others waited about 10 minutes. They are evil. They will rip you off. They will tell you lies about being next in line and taking about 6 more people ahead of you, and the lies were obvious and you could poke holes right through them. My Experience at the Dental Office Initial Visit On March 13, 2025, I had an appointment to get my fillings done at a dental office. The visit seemed to go smoothly, and I got the necessary work done. Follow-up Issues Three weeks later, I experienced sensitivity and called the receptionists to explain the situation. Dentist was unprofessional. Left my disabled sister traumatized in pain when testing teeth. No flossing, no polishing. A waste of time. DGo somewhere else.

I needed a new dentist as my prior one left his practice. Dental dreams was available and takes masshealth. While I am grateful to have a dentist available for the needed emergencies, I have had 5 appointments now in a few months. I have never been called in at the time of the appointment, in fact, every single appointment I have waited an hour. That's not convenient when leaving work for an appointment and needing to return. The office manager is just horrible. She is very rude and her attitude stinks. She is very unprofessional and does not need to work at this office.

Wait time is just ridiculous!!! Overall staff is nice. Just waiting for over 2 hours is just plain ridiculous!!!! Will not recommend this place to anyone

I wish I didn’t have to give this place any stars. TERRIBLE!! I called, and they gave me an appointment the next day at 9:00, & told me to come at 8:50 to fill out paperwork. Staff arrived after 9:00 to unlock doors, and the rest of the staff and Dr. Patel did not arrive until after 9:30, without any explanation or apology. The front desk girls are very unprofessional and extremely rude. I had to ask the receptionist several times if the dentist was even there, & when she would be arriving.
