Dr. Thompson is excellent, she explains procedure before beginning and makes sure patient is comfortable. Staff members are very friendly, helpful, patient and courteous. There is never a long wait when I am at the Dentist. I always receive excellent service when I’m there. I would recommend Dental Dreams to my family and friends.
There is NO HELP FOR DENTAL DREAMS with the LAZY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND POOR MANAGENT.... TAMUR THE OWNER....DONT EVEN KNOW THE THING I DO!!!! I CAN LOTS A LOT BUT HERES ONE THING OFF THE TOP, DID HE KNOW THAT CURRENTLY THEY CALLED AND SAID THAT THE PS3 IN THE LOBBY FOR KIDS WAS BROKE AND NOT ONE THING WAS WRONG WITH IT AND HIS CURRENT EMPLOYESS TOOK THEM HOME AS CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FOR THERE FAMIY, CHECK THE RECORDS AND SEE IF IM WRONG. they made me sit for over an hour and never bothered to tell me that the dentist went into emergency surgery and couldn't see me. communication is weak and the staff is inappropriate. friends of theirs come and go and they let them go back behind the desk with them where all of our personal information is located. do not go here.
WORST DENTIST OFFICE EVER! APPOINTMENT WAS AT 3 GOT THERE AT 2:43 ! ATLEAST 10 PEOPLE GOT CALLED AHEAD OF ME SO I ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG FOR ME TO BE SEEN SHE SAID OH THEY MIGHT BE SEEING SOMEBODY DIFFERENT! WELL IS MY DENTIST SLEEP CUZ THIS IS BS SOON AS I SAID I WANNA RESCHEDULE THEY CALLED ME BACK THEN ASKED ME IF I COULD WAIT BECAUSE THEY HAD TO DO 3 PEOPLES X-RAYS NO IVE BEEN SITTING HERE FOR OVER AN HOUR ALREADY I CANNOT AND WILL NOT WAIT ! I took my two children there today,4/24/2017,and it SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We was down there for over 2 hours they had only called one of my children,took them sooooo long on him,I cancelled my other child's appointment!!! I had to leave my son there and he had to walk home!!!!!!!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!!! The service,the office,the procedure time,EVERYTHING IS BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
