If my first visit is any indication, I've discovered the absolute best dental care practice I've ever encountered. I was greeted by Shanelle who was friendly and professional. She made me feel right at home. Ashley did my x-rays and cleaning and she was personable and more knowledgeable about my teeth than anyone who's seen me in years. Pleasant (dentist?!?...pleasant?...Wow!) experience for someone who dislikes dentist office visits as a rule (hadn’t been in YEARS). From beginning to end, all staff were pleasant and relaxed (helped me to relax doing something that causes me significant stress), yet professional in their work and told me what they were doing - and why - each step of the way. I cannot praise highly enough the dentist and hygienist I see at India Hook, and my sense is that patient care is not only their top priority, delivered with authority, clear skill, and gentleness, but that they keep up with the latest research. Always professional and friendly! Erin is very thorough and gentle. It is always a pleasant experience. There is a new staff member that is being trained, Jasmine (Princess). She was also friendly and professional. When you have the best staff training new members they too will ne the best. Not to be forgotten the administrative staff is also awesome. Always greeted by name and with a smile. Thank you all for making the experience the best it can be!
I came a few days before my appt to take care of my paperwork & by the time I came back for my actual appt, the front desk associate greeted me like I had been a patient for years! Dr. Heather Johnson was wonderful, and my hygienist did a great job. I left so happy & the new patient gift bag is such a lovely touch!
Hands down she is the very best, I chipped my tooth, called for an appointment and was placed with her. I had the best dental experience with her today, she was very thorough with what she was going to do and listened to my concerns. I found my new dentist, thank you Dr. Xu!
