If I'm scheduled for a 5pm appt. I'd assume to be in the chair around that time, I've waited 1.5 to two hours after my scheduled time. Other than that I'm quite pleased w service.
The dentist I saw lacks sensitivity training. I'd rather lose all my teeth than see him again. Maybe this practice will be better in 5-20 years, but...they lost me today.
