We waited forever to fill two cavities but I liked the staff and Dr. Patel was very gentle. I'll go back. :)

I sat here yesterday for them for longer then my appointment and I rescheduled it and I am still sitting here longer then my appointment I will find another doctor that accepts straight Medicaid for my tooth to get pulled! Rude people in the front. They don't really want to help you. So frustrating with this place. Then they don't notify you when you have a balance on my account. Now I have to pay the balance before anything wow

I came in with an emergency appointment and my appointment was 5:00 i sat in the waiting room till it was close to 6 then finally got called back then i sat in the chair they broke half my tooth an let me sit there till close to 7pm and finally came in and finished my tooth...bullshit! Horrible place

Have been waiting a couple of weeks for approval from insurance for treatment... They call me today to schedule me for a filling, I asked about the rest of what I needed done... She had no idea what I was talking about, couldn't find it in their charts... After 15-20 minutes on hold she gets back on the phone and asked me "what was my question?"... I said what do you mean, you called me! Then come to find out they had the wrong insurance info and told me I was going to have to pay over $700 for treatment when they originally... read more

The quality of time management is horrible. Been there for me and my four children a total of three hours with the only treatment done was a cleaning, which only took 30 minutes. This is horrible especially when the office is the ones who do the harassing cold calling to get you to come in. We are done with their services and also contacting the Better Business Bureau!
