Had to wait for what seemed like "forever" to get in to see the actual DENTIST; but once I did, she didn't perform any better (or worse) than any other Dentist.
Very unprofessional. I went to this dental office to get a copy of my childs dental records and they refused to give them to me unless i scheduled an appointment for my child to be seen. I tried to resolve the issue with there cooperate office and they transferred my calls to voicemail. I will never use this facility and its associates again nor will i recommend. Sucky service!
The staff is very rude along with the dentist!!! Yes my children has Medicaid but we are people too , I don't have much of a choice but to go back
Terrible!!! Took my money and never fixed my problem,, even argued the point with me!!! I would advice everybody to stay away, they don't know what they are doing and don't care!!!
If you want to have good job done on your teeth DONT go there. My son have his cleaning done there and after that he still had "dirt" between his teeth and around gums. The doc cleaned just one tooth! I have no words for how wrong this is. If they cant do such a simple task right what about more comlicated things? I would never trust them with anything else. Please make yourself a favor and DONT GO there.
I feel sorry for front office. Looks like 6-7 ladies just do phone call or take appointments! They billed $230 for sticking back a crown for one teeth that took less than 2 minutes. They made us wait one hr inside dr. Chair as there was one dr. for 12 dentist patients! Looks like crooks run this place.
Dr is great, but all management is unprofessional and inconsistent. Management blames everything on the staff and does not seem to really care about patients' well being or care. Very obviously a corporate run dental office, no love or real care shown by anyone other than the doctor. Most Patients are on state provided insurance, and the level of care they receive is clear they aren't the ones being expected to pay, or respected as the paying party. I sat for over an hour just to be told not ONE dentist felt comfortable doing an extraction on my tooth. When I was JUST at another general dental Office that said its no problem taking the tooth out, but I didn't go with then because they didn't take my insurance. So I came to dental dream and not one dentist there could do it?! Where do they find these dentists right out of school?!
this place is the worst. you wait for too long, place is dirty (smells like pee), stuff is rude, and doctors dont do tehir job right. my son and I have been going there for couple of years but the services is not great. about six months ago, they did a deep cleaning and it was super painful i could not even eat for 2 days. and for my son dont get me started it. i do not recommend this place. I switched.
