I've read the reviews from other people, and I just can't believe what I'm reading! I had NO ISSUES at all with my appointment! I signed in and got in to see the dentist within 30 minutes. The dentist I had was great! Yes, he spoke broken English, but if you paid attention to him, you could understand what he was saying. As far as kids running around, what do you expect kids to do? IT'S A KID'S DENTIST PEOPLE!! I cant wait to go back & have my teeth taken care of and finally have dentures, and no more pain! As far as waiting... read more

Longest wait ever. I waited approximately 1&1/2 hours before I seen. I was here for 3hours. While the dentist worked on me my kids and another patient. So disgusting. The Staff was Irritable, from the receptionist to the dentist. The Dentist never washed her hands while working on my 2children and I. While going back and forth between us and another patient. Disgusting. Very unprofessional environment. They have lost me and md children as patients and ive been a client since they came to this area. The staff was very rude an... read more

Very unreliable, unprofessional. Two weeks ago, my wife had tooth fillings with them, not balance, not smooth at all. And today we have a appointment at 4:00pm for a kid. By the time we walk in, there are only one parent with two kids in waiting, and I signed the check in board and sat to wait. There are at least 7 or 8 parents with kids came after us, and there are some of them just walk in, because they are new and need to fill the information. I took my 3 year old in for her first dental appointment and was a bit apprehensive because she can be anxious about new things. We checked in a little after the start time and filled out some paperwork. I also have a 14 month old and they were able to play together in the play area while I completed the paperwork. I had taken both of my grandchildren there which were six and four at the time, the dentist way of cleaning their teeth was using a toothbrush spent about 5 minutes per child and took x-rays when questioned about my grandson's teeth that were all jumbled in the front and weren't coming in properly where the eye teeth are growing in behind the front teeth when that was questioned I was told "you just have to let your teeth grow in crooked and take care of it later" regardless of the discomfort of the child since then they fou... read more

HORRIBLE WORK, RUDE TECHNICIANS..THEY DID MORE HARM THAN GOOD. My daughter sat in chair for 3 hrs waiting for them to finish drilling & filling a cavity.. after them starting and leaving multiple times they let her sit in chair another 45 min. When she went to find someone they all ignored her...

STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!!!!! Suffered all weekend with dental pain from work which I had just got done the day before. After the work on fri. I asked the dentist for a script for pain because I had a deep cavity filled and I knew it would be very sore over the weekend. She said no. Well here comes sat., lots of pain. Nobody there on sat. would give me a prescription for my pain. Left several messges sat. morning, nobody ever called me back. Zombies and unskilled for profit and exploitation of the poor and welfare system. Lowest quality and dirty!! This place beats the staff to produce 200$ on each patient and at the end of the month a bonus is shared by all of the thieves (staff) . No English spoken here...all foreign doctors with little ability and no other job opportunity. Low class chop shop!!!
