Went there for my son he was 5 at the time and when it came time to do x-rays he got so upset and crying and not only did the assistants get upset with him the dentist even got pissy and upset with him!!! I'm sorry but if your gonna target your dentist practice towards kids and NOT be able to deal with them , then PLEASE don't work with kids!!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Never go here! I went to Dental Dreams along with my sister and her son because he had an appointment. We waited over an hour and so my sister suggested we get a simple cleaning. I went to the receptionist which they both acted like they were high school girl, talking in a different language which is extremely unprofessional and I asked if it was possible to get a cleaning with my insurance. They looked up everything and said my insurance covered EVERYTHING! i got the cleaning and about a month and a half later I get a bill ... read more

First one of my peeves is that reception area and Drs. barely speak or read English. they take walk-ins before people with appointments. My son has heart problem and needs meds precisely one hr before procedure. We waited over 2 hrs for appointment. I understand things come up and Drs. run late, but I don't appreciate giving my appointment to someone that is including the appointment with a shopping trip so that they do not need to pay bus fare again!! This happent on more than one occasion. I will NEVER go again!!!!!

This was the WORST dentist experience of my LIFE! No one greeted me, and neither the assistant nor the dentist working on my mouth introduced themselves or asked me any questions. They got my insurance information wrong, and my wait was an hour and a half. The cleaning was awful, lasted only about 3 minutes, and barely cleaned my mouth. They didn't floss or clean the outside of the teeth - only picked in between the teeth. The water from inside my mouth splashed all over my face, and I was literally soaked. Horrible. This place is the worst business I have ever encountered. Took two young people there, and each time the wait was one and a half to over two hours, even though we always arrived at least 15-20 minutes early!!! We had to return a few extra times because they constantly overbooked. Even when we asked them nicely to try to schedule the appointments early enough to allow our kids to get to work on time, each time the wait was a little longer. Be prepared to wait.
