I would and would not recommend this place, I would recommend for the politeness of the reception and nursing staff, but i would NOT recommend in some cases. My appointment was at 11:00AM a few days ago for a chipped front tooth to be filled. i got there 30 minutes in advance to make sure paperwork was done. I didn't get seen until 12:30PM, but everyone that showed up after me, went in before me. I went into the office when I was called at 12:30, I was not seen until 1:00 and they were done at 1:15. I went there and I had teeth polled and they wrecked my two front teeth so now I had to have implants put in I do not recommend these people it’s the worst dentist in the world

HARD NO. Absolutely not ever returning to this place.
If I could give it zero stars I would have. The lady doing X-rays was ok then the dentist came in said they couldn’t do a regular cleaning I needed a deep cleaning at a cost to me of only 504.82 that’s what was left after my insurance so I got up and left, called my insurance and they were not happy at dental dreams refusal to do a regular cleaning WOULD NOT GO BACK THERE if everything was free
I have been a patient of Dental Dreams since 2010! I've had my teeth cleaned there,Partial-Plate upper denture through them!they are a good business to deal with!called me tonight to make an appointment,not able to until May!accept Masshealth!
