Dr. Biede and all of his staff are professional, delightful and friendly. Dr. Biede takes pride in his dental care, and rightly so. He and his staff are exacting in their work and the results are outstanding. He is always calm and considerate with his staff and his patients; and all his staff are considerate of the patients and one another. Xrays were done with the greatest of care by Donna H. Cleaning of the teeth was done with top notch care at a very high level by Donna H. Periodic Oral Evaluation was performed at the highest level by Dr. Roger Biede II D.D.S. Ltd.

I had an appointment for a crown yesterday. Had anxiety and was dreading it since I've been under a lot of stress lately. I told him. He chatted with me about many possibilities about this tooth as well as other things to make me comfortable, including telling me we could wait. He used a different needle, as that was what I was most nervous about. Not only did he do an excellent job, I felt really cared for as a person as he fixed it!

Accommodation and quality is outstanding. Best ever. Co pay is double that of my previous dentist. I need to learn the cause of this problem and hopefully get it remedied.

The cleanest, friendly, helpful dentist office in town, always to give a hand to help out and Dr. Beide has been a great help for our family, that we couldn't of done without him. Always good work and attitude enjoy going there.
