Rude, arrogant girl LillyMay who answers the phone does not belong speaking with patients. I am trying to explain to this child that I cannot come in right at the specific time she is offering because I have no one to take over for me at my place of employment. LilyMay then decides to offer me a time when my husband who has terminal cancer has to meet with his oncologist. She has not one once of compassion nor does she have any people skills. I will never return to Dental Design.
