I wish I didn’t even have to give them one star! I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional and inconsiderate practice! When I called to get information and decided to book my appointment for composite veneers the gentleman assured me that it would be a two day process in the New Jersey office back to back days because I was driving three hours and getting a hotel and taking off work. I am still waiting on my refund. Due to a medical condition, I couldn’t get the procedure. I put down $4300 and understood that $250 of that was non refundable. However, when they realized I couldn’t get the procedure and wanted my money back, they kept $800 for doing nothing! I was the one making the trip there 2 times and having to spend money to get there! They weren’t out of pocket at all! So why do they get to keep $800 of unearned money! The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received from a dentist- I would never go back here and I would never recommend this place to anyone. All they are interested is taking your money! The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a dentist office!
So far my experience with this office is great. Luis is really nice and helpful the staff is polite and very professional
