Terrible establishment , they all will lie to your face , this place uses super glue to put back on teeth they are under fire atm research on your own . They shaved my teeth to muchhhh no experience at all Dr Rojas nj location
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I’ve been dealing with this office for over 6 months and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. After receiving poor dental work that left me with issues, I expected the doctor to at least take responsibility and help fix the problem. Instead, every time I brought up my concerns, I was brushed off and told to come back for another appointment. IVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO INQUIRE CONSIDERING THEIR LOCATION IS A CONVENIENT COMMUTE AND INSTEAD THEIR ANSWERING SERVICE IN *MIAMI* KEEPS CALLING ON THEIR BEHALF ! THIS OFFICE ACTS " TOO GOOD" TO ANSWER THEIR OWN PHONES! WHY DO YOU HAVE CALL CENTERS FROM MIAMI WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT YOUR JERSEY LOCATION ANSWERING PHONES! AND ON TOP OF THAT - THE CALL CENTER ACTS LIKE GATE KEEPERS AND REFUSE TO TRANSFER TO THE PHYSICAL LOCATION IN JERSEY!
