Very friendly and we appreciate what they do.
Interior is spacious and clean. The dentist and dental assistants themselves are fine, but the office mamagement is ridiculously incompetent. Front desk has, on 2-3 occasions, FORGOTTEN to take my payment info, even after I asked them again about the billing at the end of my visit. They later had to call me back after I'd already left in order to fix THEIR mistake. This was my first time coming in. The place is clean. The front staff are nice. I appreciate how the whole process was explained to me. I was given a comprehensive exam. My cleaning was excellent. The hygienist was insanely thorough. From start to finish, it took just an hour. I've found my new dental spot!
