Was more worried about me scaring off other patients instead of making me more comfortable I was shushed and not treated like my well being was most important.
Let me go in order of the staff that I saw. The front desk was very kind, I didn’t get her name. I went on August 1 and August 4 both around 1pm. Lauren, who was a TCC student, was very kind and did a great job on my teeth. She was a dental hygienist assistant. Please let her work there more! She’s great. Came here for a cavity fill. Doctor was drilling and it started to feel hot so I said that and his assistant found it funny and the doctor just didn’t say anything. Then today I come in for a cleaning, checked in right on time and waited 40 minutes just for them to tell me “they didn’t know what transpired “ but I could wait longer to see if they could fit me in or I could come back tomorrow morning.
