Not autism friendly and wont let you or your cleints health workers (RBT's, private nurses etc) sketchy. Go anywhere else.
Take your kids SOMEWHERE DIFFERENT if you can! They are rude and entitled. They told me I gave them my kids birthday wrong, In reality, they had the birthday wrong! Then she wanted to argue with me about it
Our first time there we waited over an hour AFTER our appointment time for the kids to be seen, this was simply a cleaning and xray visit. But since it's literally the only pediatric dentist that accepts the kids insurance we did it. Now fast forward to the day 4 of my kids needed treatments done...we drove 3 hrs to the appointment which they never even started calling the kids back until an hour AFTER our appointment time again. Run away! How is this place still in business? Many children—and plenty of adults—have dental anxiety. Compassion and patience should be a priority, especially when treating children. My child went here one time for a routine cleaning, and during the visit her gum was cut open. She had never missed a cleaning and had never had a cavity.
