I refuse to change I lived in Seattle for years but refused to give up on my dentist office. I love these guys too much. Friendliness always! A paraffin wax for my hands and a game show while getting my teeth clean. It's nothing but a win.
As always. Jamie is so gentle and so positive. I no longer dread my trip to the dentist. Dr Richey is the best. I hope to a customer for the rest of my life.

As per usual, my experience was pain free and quite soothing, what with the wax dip for the hands and reclining position I was in. Thanks for the excellent time and gentle, thorough cleaning by Valerie.

There were problems with the crown because the computer did not want to cooperate, resulting in a rather lengthy time in the dental chair, which I must say is not necessarily my favorite place in the world. But as they say (never been sure who "they" are), stuff happens. I wouldn't have been there on this day if I had not had to reschedule several times. Dr. Ritchey and Cheri were quite solicitous re my comfort and well-being and were as frustrated as I was about the glitch. Their kindness and concern were much appreciated, ... read more
