The receptionists are always courteous and friendly. The dentist and hygienists are always friendly and explain procedures well. They are great with children and they are always accommodating.
I would never recommend this dental clinic. The staff is disrespectful and rude. Shows no ethical standards or principals in their practice. Discriminate towards patients. Ignores patients at reception is counter or phone calls. The false accusations and lies they tell to drop patients and especially over minors. Staff has no respect, honesty, Guidance or values with their business. Worst dentist office ever.
Super upset, frustrated, and disappointed. This is the only place near me that I could find that would accept my insurance. I went in for fillings, received 8 shots of novocain and was still in immense pain. A week later I had to go back in because the fillings weren't brought down enough and I couldn't chew on that side or speak much from pain. Two weeks after that I had to go back for the same problem.
