Nice, clean office with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The care itself is good once you’re seen. The main challenge is that it can take a long time to get an appointment, and it would be great to see some scheduling or structural changes to help fit patients in more efficiently. Overall a good practice with room to improve access.
I was contacted by them today. They said I was no longer their patient and to get a different dentist. I was astonished because I am always super polite, arrive a half hour or an hour early, pay my bill without delay. What had I done? Why were they refusing to treat me, even though I had cavities that really needed attention? It was because in the last 4 years I'd been their patient, I had to reschedule because of illness 6 times. I did NOT no call no show. Ever. I faithfully rescheduled. My husband works at a factory with 2... read more

Edit 05/30/2025: They changed their dentist who does fillings and she is AMAZING! I had questions the whole time, I'm very curious and love to ask questions about how/why stuff works and she answered all my questions very happily. I had 2 fillings done and will need to have a root canal, which unfortunately they don't do, but I was reassured I shouldn't be in pain while explaining why she was numbing me in a specific spot.
