They never answer the phone. I can't cancel my appointment with them because they won't answer the phone!

If youre going schedule people three months out, send a confirmation email. If someone doesnt answer their phone, leave a voicemail. If someone doesnt show 10 minutes prior, maybe call. Basic CS is apparently a mystery.
My visit was excellent. Not only was the staff very patient with me from being late due to traffic but the whole visit was professional. Getting a crown is a long procedure and the staff took great care of me, checking if I was in any pain and updated me every step of the way. Great job to the leadership here for holding such a high standard of practice 🫡
