Completely useless, staff is always rude and dismissive. Won’t work with you to figure anything out. Worst dental office I’ve ever been to.
They always have a reason to turn me away for a Tuesday walk-in. Because of their excuses, I made an appointment to get my teeth taken care of. Next thing I know, the clinic is closed on 02Jan2024 when I was scheduled to be seen. Not a single personnel reached out to inform me of the closure. They didn't even bother to reschedule on MHS Genesis. Bunch of lazy people working here that just dont care. Everyone here is just there to collect paycheck.
Horrible clinic!! And they never pick up the phones!! Such terrible service!!
