Great dental office everyone so kind and friendly . Front desk will take care of all paper work for pt’s . Assistants are very experience and all dentist at Charm are top qualified dentist . Highly recommend . .
I came here for a regular cleaning, they did half my mouth in 1-2 minutes and claimed they were done. Never did the other half. They Charged my insurance 800$ for a custom mouth guard that I didn’t ask for. They said I needed one because I grind my teeth, never mentioning it cost 800$ until they already charged it and ordered it. A familiar story for many: I first came to Dental Charm last spring feeling nervous since I hadn't had a cleaning in seven years, due to dentist anxiety. All my fears soon disappeared in large part due to the wonderful staff and doctors here and I'm SO thankful to have found them. Amazing absolutely. I have never really had a pleasure go to the dentist most people haven’t but when I tell you that I was well taken care of in this office and everyone is so nice. I leave over 45 minutes away and I don’t care this is we’re I will be returning for my dental health.
