the phone representative was very rude and unprofessional !
If I can leave 0 STARS I will. This receptionist Monica is a person that doesn’t is not qualified for this job!!!! I can not believe that this rude person could be representing a Customer Service of a dental office! Not only RUDE but UNPROFESSIONAL and UNKNOWABLE.
Dental Center of West Los Angeles has been my goto dental service provider for over 15 years! Maggie, the dental professional who does my cleanings, is efficient and compassionate. I've had fillings, tooth repair and root canals done here, all without any issues.
tl;dr: they charge enormous amounts of money for shoddy work. During my wife’s first visit with Dr. Slutsky, he told her that she needed an inlay placed “right away” in her tooth, and if she waited any longer she would have to get a root canal. Dr. Slutsky just so happened to have an opening to do the procedure right then - it was a very high pressure, do-this-procedure-right-now-or-you’ll-lose-your-tooth situation.
