Called in a 8:15 with severe pain in lower left jaw, where the teeth had been extracted 8 or 9 years ago. They got me in at 11:30 that morning (hard to beat that response). Examination was very thorough and explained along the way. Didn't find anything to explain the pain, but we discussed next steps. Overall, very satisfactory - but that's why they're our family dentist.

Super fast getting to the chair, and very thorough in the chair Everything was wonderful. This was my first time with this Hygienist, and she was very through and a great person.

My 4 year old loves this office! I took my 4 year old in for his cleaning and our hygienist was great! She talked to him about what she was doing, praised him for doing a good job brushing at home and let him hold the suction hose she called "Mr. Thirsty". My son loves going to the dentist and the staff at Dental Center West does a great job with kids!
