Patients are never kept waiting in reception area. Are taken within a few minutes of arrival. Treatment is thorough and Dr. Asbelle or Dr Aktar explain what they thinks needs to be done. Cindy - one of the office managers - will review your treatment and also tell you what your dental insurance will pay. Also you can set up a payment plan if you need to.
No waiting. Got the appointment on short notice and was in and out quickly with a needed referral.
I really like the hodoitally there and I would refer people to this dentist, my daughter Keandra Brown got me connected not a bad decision @ all

Excellent experience with hygienist
Hygienist was very nice and so was the dentist.
The staff, in its entirety is always pleasant and easy to deal with. It is a shame that the apparent turnover in staff is so high, just when a good working relationship seems to have developed that individual has moved on.
My appointment at Dental Center West was extremely efficient and completed all services in a very reasonable amount of time. In addition, the Doctor and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great dental office.
