So I previously was driving an hour and half to see a dentist that I loved but decided to swap here for something closer. My last dentist said my teeth were great, no cavities. I go here for a “routine” cleaning (which is covered 100% with my insurance) and the dental hygienist was telling me I had good teeth while she was cleaning them. The dentist then comes in and tells me I have like 6 cavities including my only tooth that already has a filling. My son broke a tooth and was experiencing pretty bad tooth pain. I was able to get him seen quickly, even as a new patient. He has since gone on to have a root canal and crown for that tooth. The staff have been amazing. The dentist and hygienist have been amazing. They have treated both of us with dignity and respect and absolutely no judgment. The *only* reason I don't give a full 5 stars is because of how expensive dental care is.

Absolutely best dentist and office i have ever been to. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The doctor was kind and gentle. I didnt feel a thing from my tooth extraction. They also got me in with very short notice because it was an emergency. Highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

Vidalia Dental has been my dentist for fifteen years. I had a crown scheduled three months and was given a total of $1500. I was contacted two times the morning of the appointment and was informed to bring the $750; 1/2 of the $1500. The other half would be paid the following week at my next appointment. When I walked into office I was called to front desk and informed the amount had increased to $1900. In front of the waiting room clients and the other front desk employees.
