My kids love it when it's time to get their teeth cleaned. Both appreciate how well the staff take care of them during their visits!!!

My experience was wonderful there was no waiting time they took me right in. The staff were very polite and made me feel very comfortable. Dr bald was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel a thing when he extracted my top molar. Rating his company from 1 to 10 I give him a 11. I had a very pleasant experience and will be recommending My friends and family to dental center at Waterford.

Thank you SO much for ALWAYS being SO wonderful and accommodating! Ashley and all the hygienists there are SO sweet to my kids, and...the new gal today (I am SO sorry....HORRIBLE with names) who cleaned my teeth used kids gloves and kept making sure I was okay! (And going to the dentist is usually not so fun for me!) You guys are not just our dental practice.....but part of our extended family. You rock!
Thank you for talking me through my procedure. I knew what to expect & the time went by fast.
Had my regular cleaning,but had been having problems so I chose to do more frequent cleanings. Had a problem with a tooth that had gone on for a while, but finally cleared up. But Dr. Bald had been doing research on my problem so if it did not correct it's self we would take action. It is actually fun going to see this group at the dentists office if you can believe going to the dentists can be enjoyable!!
Always greeted with a smile from everyone there.
