very easy and friendly staff

During today's visit, I was sitting in the waiting room when the assistant call a name, "Jam..." (could not hear the last part but I was the only male in the room). In any case, I was set up in a room and told that the doctor would be with me soon. I asked, "Doctor?" and it was determined the patient was to be a "Jamey", not "James".
The office staff and dentist were very professional and honest.
All procedures went very smoothly and I am a very satisfied patient. All of the office staff are all very professional including the hygienist (Bonnie and the dental assistant). However I have saved the "Best for last" Dr.Joel Glicksman is the best dentist I have ever been to in all the years I've been seeing Dentists. I am 58. I highly recommend Dr. Glicksman and The Dental Care Group for all dental care.
Dr. Ung was outstanding in her skill, patience and kindness. She expressed concern continuously about Mac's ability to withstand the discomfort of the over 3 hour ordeal. He was grateful that she was able--and had the time--to complete the process in only one visit. Though he reported that he was certainly uncomfortable, he did not experience any actual pain. The staff was very professional and friendly. i didn't have to wait long, the doctor was fast and very friendly, now i feel much better.
