The front desk pretends to lose connection just to hang up. They don't try to call you back after knowing your information and they don't answer after! I had this same issue a year ago when I tried to make my son an apt!!! They don't want to answer calls because that means they actually have to deal with patients and work. The absolute WORST front desk staff!!! Don't waste your time, they will NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

Good luck every getting an appointment. I’ve called hundreds of times and left messages each time and nobody has ever called me back. Why don’t I go elsewhere you ask? It’s one of the only clinics that take OHP, and the others that take OHP have worse reviews in terms of the care/procedures. Before COVID I actually had a good experience with this place, but since then, there is no way to even get in touch with them.
