Dr. Garbo and her staff are amazing.
They are very rude in the way they speak to people. My mother called me crying because Cheryl, the “office manager” whom obviously cannot manage anything correctly, , told her she “ took too long to do her paperwork “. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of elderly patients. My friend's elderly mother went in for a denture consultation and was given an iPad to complete her medical history and insurance information. She isn’t tech-savvy and took a little longer to fill out the forms, yet instead of offering assistance, the staff simply let her struggle—only to tell her afterward that she 'took too long' and wouldn't be seen.
