I have been coming to this location for my braces and I absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly helpful in every way possible and answer any and all my questions, I have yet to have a problem with risas and will continue to do service with them in the future! Thank you Risas staff !
I came in today and the receptionist had an attitude. I was scheduled for an appointment & I didn’t go in after an hour later. Walk-Ins when in before me. Excuse you? then what’s the point in scheduling??? Oh but if you’re late they cancel your appointment. I use to like coming here because staff was nice and now they’re just a joke. I’ve noticed that when I owe them money they were nice but since I finish paying them they treat you like you don’t matter. Don’t come here!!!! Go to another location.

As medicaid as my primary insurance, I’m thankful for RISAS. Dr. Steven Spencer has taken good care of these aging teeth of mine. Great and friendly staff.
I have put off writing this review for almost 2 years because I got a screaming deal on braces with Risas. Everywhere else I got a price from wasn't even close. However, the entire experience of having these braces and since has been disorganized at best. I had braces for almost 2 years and had to go in every 6-8 weeks for adjustments. The Dentist who worked on my teeth was the nicest Dentist I have ever met. He helped me calm down from being so nervous! Right on Dr. Spencer!

Both my husband and I just started to come here. We had awesome customer service. But i will say this i had some of the girl's and I mean girl's be rude. The doctor always make sure that we were not in pain. Price for stuff done was cheaper then most. I love that. Most of the staff are bilingual even though Im not. Love this place will be coming back.
