I was a patient at this Dental Clinic about 2 weeks ago and was extremely nervous about having my upper tooth extracted, although I was in severe pain and discomfort when I walked in. Thankfully Elizabeth at the front desk was very caring and kind enough to notice this and referred me to Dr. Dunne who was also extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I was happy until now. I have used this dental service for years and now it's time to move on because of the up changes. My last visit i came in they did their evaluation and then comes in the lady with the bill. I was perfectly OK with that. I paid in full as requested. Now a month later I get another bill for services I already paid for. They have confirmed with my insurance what was covered and I paid now im stuck with another bill. 6mos cleaning appt. Not a thorough cleaning, only front bottom teeth. Was my insurance billed for a complete cleaning or partial? Just about pulled my teeth out with the flossing, I floss at home everyday. Floss was very thick, hurt like crazy. Not a good experience at all.

Very pleased with how professional and accommodating they were! I was experiencing pain in my upper teeth which was not found by the previous denist I had gone to , Dental Care of West melbourne found that the issue was actually a bottom molar that was cracked, which was inflaming the nerve in my upper teeth,They adressed the problem and solved it that same day! Cannot express how much better I am feeling now! Thankyou to Dental Care of West melbourne! I will be a patient of theirs from now on!
