I scheduled an appointment with Refresh Dental, I put gave them my insurance to see if they were in network. The representative said to call in a week two days before my appointment and they would know if I was in network. I get a call for reminding me of my appointment, I ask if my insurance is approved. The lady on the phone says I have to call back and get a representative to answer. I did and the representative proceeds to send me back to the same lady who said they couldn't help me.
