I would like to lodge a complaint against Dental Care of Huntsville in Madison Alabama They are Not accredited with the Better Business Bureau, but I did file a complaint with them. I also filed a complaint with Board of Dental Examiners of Alabama My Complaint Issue: I wanted to make an appointment for just a teeth cleaning with No x-rays. If I could give no stars I would. I had Dr. **** for over 3 years, she was beyond awesome, and the hygienist I had with her was also awesome. They treated me with the upmost respect and care, coming from someone with my disabilities and issues, that says a lot. I show up and they are gone. First visit, I got an odd and not so good feeling from the new hygienist especially, Dr. *****, it was quick, she seemed what I thought was business like. This office is a great place to go if you need a wonderful team to work on your teeth. The staff is one of the best I have found. I will always reccomend them.
Everyone is always so nice and very helpful. No one enjoys going to the dentist but it is a much better experience if the people are pleasant and enjoy what they are doing!

It's sad to see all the negative reviews, but these seemed to be dates at least a year ago if not more. The staff here treats me like family and I have had no issues with billing or being told I need work done where I don't need them! I'm always greeted with a smile and asked how I've been/how I'm doing! They always want to make sure they take care of my concerns. I needed an emergency extraction and these kind folks got me in very quickly. They were very professional and the office was very clean. From the receptionist, the dental assistant, the Dr. they were very kind and professional. With the coronavirus they took my temperature and had all of their PPE on. It was a 5⭐️ 🦷experience.

I recommend them. Friendly friendly friendly Stopped my tooth pain Offered pain relief I’m still super nervous at the dentist. That was not attended to today. But overall go get that tooth to stop hurting. She knows what she’s doing to “save the tooth” and kept me from getting a root canal!!! I’ll go back.
